Our intimate space has a lot of heart. For those clients interested in getting away from distraction, this studio is a perfect space to work one-on-one and stay focused on the tasks at hand. A shared space with my wife's massage practice, it's a great place to get a workout and a massage.
If you are a client that wants to workout at home, I can travel to you. Is there a gym in your building? We can work there. Do you have some equipment of your own? We can use it. Do you have no equipment but have some space to move? I can bring my own tools of the trade. Are you travelling? I can coach you virtually. As a concierge service, whatever works best for the client is how we will work.
